Introduction
Welcome to Tullynessle Deer Farm. We are delighted to offer you a unique and memorable tour experience. To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all our guests, we ask that you please read and adhere to the following terms and conditions. The regular tour takes approximately one hour, contact us if you require a bespoke tour or have a particular interest to cover. Tours will differ depending on the time of year and the age of the group. We try to cater for all needs, if you have anyaccessibility concerns contact us to discuss what we can do to help. Small groups would consist of 5 – 12 people. Large groups are available price on application. Price is £10 per adult, children under 12 are free, children 12 – 17 are £5.
January – mid April the calves are inside and can be seen up close.
May, June & July, calves are being born and the stags antlers can be seen in growth.
August the antlers are fully gown and at their most magnificent.
September, October & November the rut (breeding season) will be underway, and the stags will be with the main herd and can often be herd roaring and even flighting on occasion.
Booking and Payment
• All tours must be booked in advance through our website, email or authorized partners.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
• Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and online payment platforms.
• Confirmation of your booking will be sent via email upon successful payment.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
• If you need to cancel your tour, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled tour will not be eligible for a refund.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances or severe weather conditions, Tullynessle Deer Farm reserves the right to cancel tours. A full refund or rescheduling will be offered in such cases.
Tour Guidelines
• Please arrive at the agreed time and no more than ten minutes early. The farm is not open to the public outwith the booking time.
• Guests are required to follow the instructions of the tour guide at all times.
• For your safety, please stay on designated paths and avoid direct contact with the deer.
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times during the tour.
• Guests should wear appropriate clothing and footwear for an outdoor farm environment. A change of shoes for going home and a bag to put your dirty footwear in is a good idea.
• No food to be brought in and consumed on the premises
Liability
• Tullynessle Deer Farm is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the tour.
• All guests participate in the tour at their own risk.
• In case of any emergency, please notify the tour guide immediately.
Privacy Policy
• Personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for the purpose of managing your tour reservation.
• We will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
